We have currently been sitting at a table for 15 minutes without so much as a drink order taken. If my children wouldn't cry about leaving we would have walked out by now. I have made eye contact with multiple servers and no one has came to this table.
Update sever finally came to table after we told a girl cleaning the table no one came over here and we have been here so long shortly after posting this. The server did not even apologize.
After waiting that long to be greeted and full drink and food order taken still took 10 minutes more to get drinks. There is no shortage of people working here tonight. This is terrible lol. There is no excuses for anyone to be seated by a hostess at a table and not receive a drink for 25 minutes in a fully staffed restaurant with a manager hanging around that didn't do a thing to make it better. It was not cocktails. It was 7 up and Pepsi and kids cotton candy milk. You could have offered water if knowing there was a long wait on the pop and milk. You would think there would be some kind of hustle after the realization of making a table wait that long already. The service onward was still terrible. There was no apology for taking so long to come to us, even though she went past us multiple times prior, there was no apology for the slow time for the drink or anything. If you forget a table you should at least give them the decency of acknowledging an apology for waiting or something. If my kids were not so excited to see the robot cat we would have walked out. The service did not get better as the night when on. There was aus ju spilled on the plate so the bun of the beef dip was super soggy. The kids pizza was over cooked. My pecan chicken salad was good. Refill was suuuper slow of course. If it was me paying I would have tipped $0 so shes lucky she got tip out for the kitchen because I would have expected that to come out of her tips. Lucky her. She didnt say thank you for the 3 bucks toward her kitchen tip out though. Horrible server without commom decency to apologize after ignoring/forgetting a table that she only helped after we had to ask a table bussing girl what was happening because no one was coming to our table. Very terrible experience here. Will not be back. Annoying to watch so many people flitting around working there and chit chatting and not be properly taken care of. I could see who I am assuming was manager hanging around too. You are doing a crap job too. I know you saw us. I know you were aware by the time I told the bussing tables girl. I intentionally made eye contact with you as well. You should have done something to rectify the situation in someway but were too busy avoiding and being lazy. Just worrying about when to cut people. Your customers have ears you know, I could hear that, so I KNOW you heard me as I complained to my husband and we cracked jokes only staying for our kids to see the cat. You should not avoid situations like such if you want return customers. Other restaurants have moments of forgetfullness or misunderstanding of table assignments before and when the server and manager make the remainder of the experience better we have returned, that will not be the case here because the sever and manager are so incompetent. I spent the first 15 minutes looking around to see which of the handful of people wandering around was our server and really couldn't tell for the entire time of that wait before asking someone for help even though she is one of the ones working there I was sure to make eye contact with. If it weren't for my kids I would not have wasted time or money here after 10 minutes of not being greeted. I have walked out for less. Worst BP's I have ever been to in my life. Atmosphere: From the moment I stepped in, I noticed the attention to detail in the decor, which was perfectly in tune with the Halloween theme for the month. Spider webs, pumpkins, and other seasonal touches added a festive vibe without feeling overdone. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, with clean, spotless tables and servers dressed neatly in all-black outfits that gave the place a professional and polished feel.
Service: The service was exceptional. I was seated immediately, and my drink order—Dr. Pepper—was brought to me quickly. The staff were attentive and friendly, making me feel right at home.
Food: As an appetizer, I opted for the fried wings tossed in medium hot sauce. These wings were exactly what I was hoping for—juicy, crispy, and generously coated in sauce. The portion size (8 wings) was perfect and came with fresh celery and carrot sticks, along with a side of ranch dip. The presentation was spot on, with everything neatly arranged and no messy sauce splatters on the plate.
For the main course, I decided to try the Bugs Pasta, a dish I’ve been ordering since I was 12. I can confidently say this location nails it better than anywhere else. The pasta was perfectly al dente, the cheese was just right—not too cheesy or salty—and the overall flavor balance was spot on. It was everything I remembered and more.
Then, I went for an individual Meator Pizza, and I have to give a huge shout-out to the cooks. The pizza was cut perfectly, with each slice evenly sized—no big or small pieces here! For the price, it was loaded with toppings: pepperoni, ham, and sausage. The balance of cheese and sauce was ideal, with crispy pepperoni, the savory saltiness of the ham, and a touch of spice from the sausage. The acidity of the bolognese sauce brought all the flavors together beautifully.

Read moreIt’s unfortunate that I’ve had to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star. Over the past few years I’ve watched this Boston Pizza decline so much. Possibly new management? Staff that don’t care? I don’t know what happened, but it’s incredibly disappointing.
Disappointments: there is NEVER anyone at the take out counter. What is the point of having that when I constantly have to walk into the dining room to get someone to grab my food? The kitchen is right behind the take out counter and it’s often quite loud. So I can’t call back to see if anyone is around. Why not have a bell system, like I’ve seen some BP’s implement? Or someone there? Or at least someone who constantly checks on the take out orders? It’s SO frustrating.
ALWAYS check your take out order before leaving. 9/10 I’m missing something. I order pasta? Garlic bread isn’t in the bag. I order cheesecake? There is no sauce in the container or the bag. I order more than 2 things? One of them is missing. I get we are only human and people make mistakes. But for every take out order to constantly be wrong is frustrating. Got to the point where I would check the bag in front of the person who just handed to me and ask them to wait cause I was positive something was missing. And 90% of the time - I was right!
the “dine in service” has gone completely downhill. Unsure if management refuses to staff the place with enough people or I always come in on a day where a bunch of people have called in sick. My last visit I was at the table for almost 10 minutes before someone even came over for our DRINK order. Seriously?! And I wish I could say this is a rare occupancy. Glad you have a robot server that can’t even dish out the food. Maybe hire some more human ones?
