This mews has gone through quite a few changes in recent years. Before the Mill was re-built, and the bridge was re-built, this area was getting pretty seedy. Now the town has seen a rebirth, this mews fits the rebirth perfectly. Many of the stores are new, as the old guard has left. The new stores are trendy, and a great addition to the local landscape. If you are in Elora to visit the gorge or the town or for paddling, do stop in the nice downtown elora. It is made walk friendly and i felt i was in a small european town and not in a cookie cutter type city.
