We went in to Mike's about 2 months ago. We walked around and asked a few questions as the butcher our way was just not cutting it. We talked a lot about the kind of ribs we wanted, he brought out these massive ribs and I will NEVER buy ribs from anyone else now. It cake as one sealed pkg,and we were discussing how to thaw and repackage as singles. Mike said bring it back in once thawed in fridge for a day and he would be happy to reseal it. Not a good sign.
