Very disappointed with their customer service. We ordered XL vegetarian specialty pizza last night. The pizza was looking like thin crust and we didn't order thin crust. Pizza maker also forgot to put any pizza sauce/base and there were very few toppings. You can hardly see 1-2 toppings on each slice of pizza. We called the store after we reached home. A store employee called the owner of the store and asked me to send pictures to the owner of the pizza store. We talked to the store owner and explained situation what was wrong with pizza. Instead of apologizing he kept arguing that "YOU SHOULD HAVE ORDER REGULAR PRICE PIZZA INSTEAD OF DISCOUNTED IF YOU WANTED FAIR AMOUNT OF TOPPINGS". We told him this is not a way to run a business. He will definitely lose business from lots of customers because he to save a couple of cents on toppings and he doesn't know what is customer service. HE ALSO OFFERED US FREE MEDIUM PIZZA BUT NEVER EVER APOLOGIZED FOR THAT BAD EXPERIENCE. we refused to take free pizza because we didn't call them to get free pizza. I would give 0 star for the service i got today. We ordered 2 large pizza and told the lady to make it well done. After we got our pizza and informed her that its not well done and in response she was like there is no option for well done in my system and if you dont have welldone option then you need to let your customer know in advance. This was not my first time eating there and never received such a bad customer service. So we asked her what she could do but she stuck to one thing i can not do anything about it after a min or two she agreed to re cook the same pizza. Didnot even offered a new one or a discount. And when i asked for manager i was told yea call manager but how would i have nunber for manager. She said why should i call 📞. The pizza 🍕 tasted like a plain bread no taste into it. If i would have had order from dominoes i am sure they would have solved this issue way better with a free pizza or some kind of discount. I was so disappointed with the service i received from her.
