Short wait time, the lady that processed the passport application was super friendly and helpful. The lady that greets people at the door and takes & supplies basic information to people coming in, didn't know a single thing about what she was doing. The amount of people she confused and/or ticked off was insurmountable. It wasn't a case of people being silly, either...She just repeatedly gave false/inaccurate information, sent people in circles, and so on. She gave me VERY inaccurate information and made inappropriate remarks about personal information that had nothing to do with the application, nor was it any of her business. She just seemed to enjoy making everybody's lives more difficult. I'll be filing a formal complaint, but wanted to warn others of the incompetence of this one employee. Especially if you are senior or disabled, she has no patience and will not answer...

Went in to get help/information on a short term EI claim that I had started. I have never done this before and I did it wrong and the lady at the desk was very mean. She held her head in her hands and said “LISTEN TO ME”. She wouldn’t let me explain what I had or what I had done and she obviously just didn’t want to talk to me anymore. Some patience and understanding would go along ways. I thought I already completed my application and had all the required documents and she could have said. You can only apply once you are off. Normally I wouldn't give reviews for places like this but I think this merrits one. I was a complicated case for passport renewal, and basically took up 47min (honestly let's call it an hour) of the agent's time who was helping me🥲. He was patient and helped me get my application done. I am very grateful for him and the others who pitched in and helped. The wait time does suck but what do people expect? It's no secret that these things take time... Just show up early and wait...
