The store has a great vibe. There is good service, and then there is great service. With forty years in customer service, today I met people who share my above and beyond attitude. No pressure, but attentive, polite, but not effusive. The gentleman, Nathan, sussed out what I needed in short order and grabbed a coworker and they brought a chair upstairs to the main level, as I could not do stairs. The chair was awesome, they left me alone for thirty minutes to make sure the comfort lasted at least that long. Ready to leave I happened to remember that my wife needed a chair, well if they are delivering one chair they might as well deliver two. Then at checkout they had some interior A/C units I spied, the exact model I had just been checking out on Home Depot's website the week before. The price was quite a bit lower at Hush and so that is coming on the truck as well. The person answering the phone that day, she knows who she is, was top notch as well. There must of been a half dozen staff or more on a Saturday afternoon, and they all took the time to acknowledge us with a look and a smile...

This is one of those experiences you wish you could give 20* out of 5…

We came out today expecting a day of running around and coming home with nothing. Not so! We were referred by two different people, who said to go to Bedroom Furnishjngs before anywhere else… it’s NOT just bedroom things..

Don’t be put off by the street view due to ongoing renovations, WHAT A STORE. I’m 66, this took me back to furniture store days of old, nostalgic and HUGE place.

Salesman Mark came right up to us. Asked our needs, he gave us so many types, styles and fabric options. Mark was totally engaged whether or not we would eventually buy; he truly likes his job and clients. What an incredible experience this was. We bought two perfect Lazyboy recliners, a brand we never thought we’d ever be able to afford but Bedroom Furnishings pricing is so reasonable. I highly recommend you treat yourselves to this grand shopping...

Our dryer went and needed to replace the next day. Called the bedroom as last time I spent 10k on furniture I was treated ok, but this time I wish I never did.. The lady that answered had no interest in helping me out at all even though I told her I would be needing a matching washer to go with it expecting to spend $2500. When I asked what names they carried she was annoyed, then i asked if they stocked anything as I needed it that day, again got a huff. I hung up... I ended up with a $3000 set I glady paid just for the great service. The bedroom just lost a $4000 sale on a fridge to a family member for the same reasons. Needless to say when our renovations are done we will be taking our 15k we set aside for new furniture to the place that...
