The server was very unpleasant. I walked in with my dad so we could have some drinks and play some pool together. The whole vibe of the place seemed very hostile. Waiter walked over and basically just stared at us without speaking until I pulled out my ID, assuming that's what he wanted. He took our first order at the table we set up our stuff at, and then told my dad he had to pay at the counter. We weren't allowed to start a tab. They had 3 pool cues for 2 tables and all of them were set up near a table that no one was sitting at but was littered with personal belongings, so we couldn't even play. We were told also if we wanted more drinks, we'd have to go to the counter because the server couldn't be bothered to walk across the empty bar to help us. The lady who was working last night was extremely rude. My friend and I who come to the pub quite regularly we’re double ID’d (which wasn’t the problem, we understand you must id people who don’t look of age) she got upset with us soon as we walked in believing we weren’t of age, she then ripped our ID’s out of our hands and started bending them and trying to scan them, then she asked why one of our ID’s were red LOL she doesn’t even know the difference between the different licences. My boyfriend & I went on a Karaoke night. The blonde overweight waitress asked us for I.D. We both only had 1 piece. She verified my age by asking me how old I was. But denied my boyfriend because his ID was from AB & continues to tell my bf that he needed 2 pieces but she never asked myself for 2 pieces.
