Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Creston

A Refreshing Experience at the Newly Remodeled Dairy Queen I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dairy Queen, which just completed a restaurant remodel in February 2023. Upon entering, I was immediately struck by the fresh and clean atmosphere. It was evident that a lot of effort had been put into updating the look and feel of the place, making it more inviting and modern.

As always, the food at Dairy Queen did not disappoint. From their signature soft-serve ice cream to the wide variety of Blizzard flavors, the menu offered something for everyone. I particularly enjoyed the GrillBurgers and chicken strips, which were cooked to perfection and served hot and fresh. The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable for the quality of food.

One of the standout aspects of my visit was the excellent service provided by the staff. They were not only fast and efficient but also went out of their way to ensure that my experience was a positive one. Their friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm for their work contributed to the overall welcoming atmosphere.

While the location itself could use some improvements, such as better parking facilities or more prominent signage, these minor issues did not detract from my overall enjoyment. The newly remodeled Dairy Queen successfully combines great food, exceptional service, and a clean, contemporary environment. I highly recommend checking it out for a satisfying and delightful...

Meh. My fries weren't hot, just barely warm. Then part of my daughter's order wasn't there, so I had to go stand in the long line, at the very back, to get it fixed. By then my sandwich was cold and unappetizing, and the fries were stone cold. I ordered the value meal, requesting the blizzard to be made when I was done with the hot food, but when I went back with my problem order, it was pre-made, sitting in a small freezer, but still a bit melty... I realize it was the high school lunch rush, but it still cost me good money for poor food. This is not this restaurant's...

Okay I love dairy queen I always get the milkshakes however I did have a rough time a few days ago when I got my drinks on a drink tray they spilled all over me not once..but four times the drink trays aren't deep enough to support the cups which really sucks also had to go in stores with milkshake all over my pants which was definitely embarrassing.. I understand saving the earth and not using plastic and things like that but can we get deeper drink trays cuz these ones really suck and don't support...
