Lynsey does THE BEST job on my brows. The brow mapping process (she marks around your brows with a light colour to let you know what they will look like and where they should start and end) is amazing and lets me know which parts of my brows will be going and what's there to stay (that way you can let her know of any personal preferences BEFORE they wax it off). She has the best eye for the ideal shape for your face and is so patient. The wax is the perfect temperature and never ever hurts my skin. Lynsey is always thorough in checking in on my skin routine to make sure I haven't used any retinol super recently to protect my skin. My skin does not even get red after she waxes me. I had my eyebrows tinted for the first time by Kaylin (Kay), and I'm so happy with the results. The color they chose was perfect! My eyebrows are a bit sparse from over plucking and I felt like it was hard to get a natural look with any product I'd tried in the past (I'm not very experienced). After the tint Kaylin recommended a product to me to help fill in where there's not much brow. With the tint there's already a big difference, and with the product it looks even better and still so natural. I finally like my eyebrows again. Yay! Thank you

I went in a couple months ago to get waxed. I was relieved that they had an opening, as I needed it done for an event. They did a great job at shaping my brows. However, I got a horrible break out everywhere they put wax on me the very same day, which has NEVER happened to me before no matter where I go, not even slightly. I am still trying to help my skin recover months later. Will never return in fear of another...
