Went to the MicMac Mall location today because I had 35 minutes to wait for my bus so I figured that would be sufficient time to grab a quick bite....boy was I wrong. Maybe it's possible at other locations,but definitely not this one.The woman waiting on customers moves painfully slow,takes one order,then waits there for it to come up,slowly bags it and slowly gives it to the customer.....without bothering to attend to the 5 other people in line waiting to order,and not even bother to greet or acknowledge them. Here's a great idea,maybe wait on the other people in line while you stand there waiting for the last oder to cook? They showed me how to take more than one order at a time when I worked at Macdonalds....and I was only 17. Unfortunately I couldn't rate the food and the atmosphere was ruined for me when it took 25 minutes for this woman to serve the 4 whole people in front of me,I had to leave,as I didn't even get to the counter in that time to place my order,and God knows how much longer I d have to wait to get the actual food....Really disappointed in you guys,you were one of the greats.Sad to say I will not be visiting this location again.Train your staff better,or get...

Tonight, while I was waiting to order, no one else was in line, the person in the kitchen asked if I wanted to order, meanwhile the cashier had her back to me. When I received my order the bag of sweet potato fries I ordered was half full. So it’s clear no one is inspecting the quality of food going out. There were two customers after me who had their food refunded, one, due to being unsatisfied with it, the other because of the length of time it was taking to get her food, and it wasn’t that busy. One of the cooks was on his cell phone in the back typing away, then handling the food.
The time before, my daughter ordered a burger, they said they couldn’t make it, but could dress another burger with the same ingredients, when it was ready, my daughter inquired if a specific ingredient was on it, the cashier opened up her burger to look after taking several customer’s orders including handing their cash.

Read moreUsually the food is old which obviously isn't pleasant. Almost Every time I go its the same worker who seems to be bothered by the fact that we've come to order food. Not to mention, if they mess up they argue with you claiming that you're wrong. My mother and I made a trip there and they had stuffed one bag full with all three combos (we were taking it home to eat with my father) and my mother politely asked if they could have a second bag because they had over stuffed this one, and they made a huge fuss about it and ended up just handing us a delivery bag to put our food in ourselves. If you mess up an order just accept responsibility, apologize, and make it right, if you didn't then apologize and offer a solution, its a customer...
