I always wanted to get something from this store but had the worst experience. I went in to get a tie and the guy gave me a display product and when I got home I found that it had a torn loop behind the it and so I back to the store to exchange or get it fixed and the same Italian guy who I bought it from started being very rude saying that it is not needed and I didn’t even ask for a refund, I just wanted to fix it. So he said we can’t fix it and we don’t have anymore in stock. So he picks up the tie and says it has a smell, implying that I had worn and now returning it, so then I lost it and asked for a refund and he started being racist and asking where I am from. When I said I am from Dubai and went silent and started telling me stories about how people wear and return it and then pulled out a new piece and pretended that he didn’t know he had a new one in stock. So I got insulted, and didn’t even get a refund for a torn product. One of the worst stores to get anything from lol, never going back again and...

This is the best store for Men’s suits, I went to every suit store around Halifax and Dartmouth for a prom suit and they were all more expensive, worse designs less options and less friendly. The workers at be chic were incredibly friendly and helpful, as well as very good price and amazing quality and nice designs . Suits at other stores were all made in China and worse quality but Be chic’s suits are all made in Italy and are the top quality. $299 for the whole 5 peice suit, everything included no additional costs. George unfortunately left us hanging 18 days before our wedding without vests for our ring bearers after promising me on multiple occasions that he could get them. First he forgot to order them and we didn't find out until almost 3 weeks later. Then when we called to get him to order them again, he let us know the following day that the warehouse did not have any in stock and he was unable to help us. He wasn't even apologetic about it or attempt to make it right in any way, shape or form. Very disappointing from one of the few shops locally to carry a large selection kids...
