Not impressed 😕, called several times to see if we could book a lane or see how busy it was , because we live 4mins away. Phone just said it couldn't be reached at this time and hang up. We l9oked at the live feed said it was less busy then usual so we went. Got there and they were counting the till, never even said hi, or we'll be with you in a minute, no acknowledgement at all that we were standing there, and when she finally did , she asked if we had a lane booked and when we said no she told us they were booked till 9pm. When I said that I called several times she just sid the phones were busy. We took our 7yr old autistic child there because it looked fun with the arcade and bowling. Definitely won't be going back unless I can book, because it's to hard with a child who doesn't handle change well. Just was not...

We booked 3 lanes for cosmic bowling. It was not cosmic. The staff was great. We had a good time. But it’s falsely advertised as cosmic. The lighting was bright and annoying. I spoke to staff and asked about it. They said they could not dim the bright lights that were newly installed and most of the other disco lights and “cosmic” lights simply didn’t work. There were some black lights over close to the lanes but it could not compete with the bright white lights in the rest of the place. Avoid this place if you have to deal with TAMMY!!!! We had the absolute best birthday party the staff for the party was amazing but at the end of the night staff changed and we ended up with Tammy she is awful. Attitude is terrible and she will throw temper tantrums and run away grab her coat and go smoke out back totally unacceptable behaviour for an " adult" for a mistake they made in the arcade. If I can use my remaining game cards elsewhere I won't return especially if I have to deal with Tammy. Definitely call ahead an make sure she isn't working for your birthday parties worst staff...
