Awful experience from start to finish. I spent around 2000$ and I regret it. My dining table and bed were delayed for over 3 weeks, and every day brought a new excuse—no driver, not delivered from warehouse, no callbacks. I had to follow up constantly to know what was happening. When the dining table finally showed up, the manager rushed the assembly so badly that not all the screws were even on. The bed was just as bad. They sent one person at 6 pm to assemble it alone, which made no sense. He struggled the whole time, and I had to step in and help. Then, around 8 pm, he tried to leave because he was “tired” and wanted to come back another day. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer service was unbelievable. This was easily one of the most stressful purchases I’ve ever made. I do not recommend this...
