Absolutely hands down one of the best, if not the best Starbucks I have ever been to from all over the world. The staff are kind and conscientious and funny. They truly love their jobs and it shows through the little jokes and cute little offerings that they're constantly making efforts with one of the baristas. Kevin is absolutely the best in the business, kind and sweet and always good at what he's doing. The drinks are always made better than anywhere else perfect on the orders, no matter how complicated, always able to take detailed instructions very well with a giant smile. My mornings are always made better by them. There's another female employee who works there who has the biggest smile and the kindest heart and I will remember her name. Read moreI am a daily, (sometimes twice daily) 364 days a year, Starbucks drinker. This is my favourite Starbucks in all of Canada. I travel and have lived in many large cities from east to west and this is my favourite by far. I work in burnside now so am here every morning since the last 5 months. They know me, my drink, know when I’m late for work and get my drink super quick, always make special effort to talk to my toddler when he comes in with me and really overall just a well run Starbucks. The staff overall is hard working, they flow really well and it looks like they have fun while they work but also get the job done. I realize it’s their job to serve customers but they really do put the effort in unlike many Starbucks I’ve frequented. And my drink is allllllways perfect and it’s pretty specific....
Read moreI’ve been to this Starbucks location far more times than I’d like to admit—but for good reason. I keep coming back because of the consistently top-notch quality and service. Today, however, I had a moment of panic. After placing my order and realizing I was next up at the service window, it hit me: I had forgotten my debit card. Horrified and embarrassed, I prepared to tell the staff about my mistake.
When I got to the window, I explained the situation to the woman working there. Without hesitation, she reassured me and said she’d cover the cost of my order.
