Despite my fondness for Italian cuisine and this establishment in Edmonton, I must emphasize the subpar and disappointing customer service and satisfaction provided by the cashiers. While the western and southern locations offer a wider variety of food options, the performance of the cashiers is a significant issue ( This review pertains to the little Italy location ) .

Apart from the friendly elderly ladies, the young cashiers appear disinterested and lack the necessary greetings and interactions. Their demeanour is grumpy, and they seem reluctant to engage with customers. Furthermore, they fail to provide assistance with packing food in bags or offer farewell words. Their interactions are limited to the transaction itself.

I believe the store owner or manager should provide training and guidance to these cashiers on how to effectively interact with customers and achieve optimal customer...

What an incredible selection of uniquely Italian items to choose from! Very fortunate to live relatively close to this location and it's a must visit any and every time I need something for an Italian meal.

As with almost all my reviews, it's the staff who make or break the customer service experience. The staff here are simply amazing - very helpful, friendly, informative and funny.

To say I recommend this business (and all their locations) is an understatement. It does however, need to be said! Highly recommended!
