Worst Customer Experience Ever

I along with my friends went to this place today to enjoy the coffee and desserts. We went there 10-15mints before the store was about to close (which is 9 pm) We ordered and before leaving added honey and sugar to our coffee. So during that time one of the serving persons came to that station and started sorting out that place. However, she was picking up all the items that we were using very rudely. For example: when my friend finished using the honey she immediately grabbed that and put that into its place same happened with other things we were using. When she was keeping it making a loud sound as if someone was annoyed while doing something. Was not giving us time to use the things. The worst thing happened when she started wiping the station and throwing the empty packet or whatever on the table just where we were still standing. It was very disrespectful. I immediately came out and checked the time and it was 9.02 pm which means we were two minutes over time. I felt that they did not respect...

I came here for a coffee and a sandwich with one of my brothers. The coffee was okay and the sandwich was fine. The service, as always, was prompt, polite, and friendly.

I have a couple complaints with the food and coffee, though. I had just a plain coffee, nothing fancy. The coffee was fine. Hot, fresh, tasty. That being said I think I could have had at least as good a coffee if I'd stayed home. Likewise the sandwich was fine, but nothing I'd go out of my way for.

The main reason I'm disappointed is this. I would think a coffee shop like Spinelli's would do better in the coffee department. Lord knows I've had better coffee at other local...

This has been my go-to place to grab coffee and lunch. I have always enjoyed shopping at the Italian Centre Shop for specialty items, but after numerous positive encounters at the Little Italy cafe location, I’ve wanted to keep coming back! This is thanks to their barista, Lucy, who creates such unique and tasty drinks. All I do is tell her what I’m craving or feeling (e.g. cold coffee, hot drink, something sweeter, etc.) and she knows exactly what to make me and the drink combination has always blown my mind. I think she deserves a lot of recognition for how personable and creative she is! Thanks...
