We have shopped at this location a few times .. the products are great .. the prices good .. but on April 10th it was not a good experience at all the service person Dillion (0 star) certainly lacking in customer service & knowledge but the assistant manager Sergied (5 star) went above snd beyond to help & correct the errors .. therefore gave a 3 star ... snd note myself and my adult daughter were the only people in the store .. so not busy while we were there ~Was overcharged on 7 of the 9 items purchased (Dillion) ... watch your bill !!!! Check it over!!! Charged $79 should have been $63 ~ greeted with an abrupt âuse hand sanitizerâ no Please or friendliness (Dillion) when I was just starting to use sanitizer, my adult daughter was next to use it ~ asked Dillion a question regarding which price would be better to purchase in the bag on sale 2/$10 or the 100 lindor balls ... the answer was 150 ??? .. I said that would be too many I was just comparing the 100 .. then he said how many people am I buying for ???? I said no worries I will figure it out .. ~ when paying for my purchase .. Dillion made a rude comment with a condescending voice .. âhow many people is this for .. itâs a lotâ .. well firstly, that again is not your business snd secondly, if it was said jokingly maybe ... but still not your business... I was floored by his attitude that I didnât answer .. ~ so now out of the store .. the price did not seem right ... checked it over sure enough the 4 bags that were 2/$10 were charged $8.49 each even though I asked Dillion when he was ringing them up ... 3 bars were to be $2.20 were $3.50 ... so back I go ... right to the assistant manager not Dillion... ~Assistant manager, Sergied very friendly and helpful confirmed yes overcharged... she had a very difficult time trying to correct the charges actually had to call upon Dillion to help her numerous times ... the process took almost 15 minutes...

We were buying chocolates at the store today and weâre given chocolate samples by the staff when we walked in. In one of the chocolate boxes that we were looking at to purchase had a flavour of chocolate that we didnât know how it tasted so we asked one of the members of staff for a sample which she gave us. My wife was holding the 3 wrappers of sample in her hand that were given to the two of us by the staff. I was holding fifty boxes of chocolates in my hands to purchase. The manger Samson came up to us and said that can I have the 3 wrappers in your hand because Iâm going to charge you for them even though they were given to us by the members of staff. We didnât take any of the samples without permission and still he said to us Iâm going to charge you for the sample, which they give for free. We bought 50 boxes of chocolates and spent over $200 at the store. We didnât go in there for free chocolate, we went there to make a purchase and he embarrassed us in front of 10 other people without knowing the whole story. When the manger found out that we were given samples by the staff and didnât just take them he started to act really apologetic only because he was wrong and embarrassed but thatâs not good enough because as a manger he doesnât know how to treat customers. Due to covid new measurements, every retail stores must reduce their capacity which means this Lindt store can have max of 6 people in their store. So, the smart manager decided to have 3 staffs and only let 3 customers at a time while there is a huge back up line outside when it is -20 outside! It does not even make sense why they need 3 staffs just standing there and talking to each other. I have never seen something like this when you need 3 staff on the sales floor to service 3 people. When I provide my feedback, the Lady (try to be respectful) who was the assistant manager, was so rude and keep talking back and did not even let me to finish my sentence I have no idea why all of the sudden she got so defensive and she was claiming to work in customer service forever! No wonder with her attitude and her expertise they need 3 staff. Then manager claims they decided to put 3 staff on the floor because « they care about servicing people more ». I showed him a huge line outside and I told him this is not a good service when they are freezing outside while your staff just standing and talking. Anyway seems they are expert so whatever good for them. Not worth your time! Better to shop online or choose another store seems they cannot handle the small store and they need their full capacity to handle themselves I will take this to their corporate office as well because they have such a poor attitude and no patience at...
