My boyfriend and I went to get food here and our server was very rude. She did not seat us, we were waiting for 5-10 minutes before we decided to seat ourselves. My boyfriend lost his wallet recently and had a picture of his id on his phone. She said it was acceptable this time but for future reference that wouldn’t have worked when he was using it perfectly fine at other establishments with no complaints. She gave us attitude the entire time. I told her he was gluten and dairy free and she didn’t even know what was gluten free on the menu. There was cheese on his hash browns. And I let her know and she assured me that there was no dairy and that she had double checked with the kitchen when there was definitely cheese. 09/17/24 2:30pm Such amazing service and $5 for domestics on Tuesday is a great deal! The only critique I have of this place is their darn TV’s. as someone with a tad terrible vision and astigmatism the blue tint on the TV’s is absolutely terrible on the eyes and makes it really hard to see anything. There’s only one TV that seems to have the colour fixed properly. The other three are all blue and just crappy on the eyeballs. There’s no text for the hearing impaired either so you kinda have to guess what people are saying. Although poker isn’t that difficult to see what’s going on. Lots of VLT’s, pool and seats at the bar and great windows seats. Would like to visit for Kareokee some time but that will be in the future some time. The bartender Daniel was unenthusiastic and when we asked about what beers they offered he stated "we have a lot of beers I can't name them."
