The only decent thing about my visit was the taste of my drink. Had the most frustrating time today when I visited. I was across the mall, but knew the place was decently busy so I placed a mobile order for a drink and two cookies, so it would be ready by the time I made my way over there. I got to the tims about 10 minutes after placing the order, and they weren't super busy. I waited for about 10-15 minutes by the pick up counter for my order, nothing. The female employee who was the one putting the orders on the counter kept staring at me every single time she came over, fully aware I was waiting but not bothering to ask. Eventually she did, and I showed her my receipt on my app. The employee proceeded to get all passive aggressive, almost gaslighting, with me, saying that they never received my order, and she walked away without a word. I waited her to come back to the counter and showed her again, showing her the time, order, payment, and the proof of correct address. she went off to go make my drink, saying over and over in a snotty tone that they never got my order. A few minutes AFTER that, she came with one of my two cookies and told me to have a nice day. I politely stopped her and said that it was actually two cookies in my order, not one. She stormed over to get the second one and snapped at me again saying they "never got my order". Whether it was a technical error or just her not wanting to admit she never saw/paid attention to the screen is irrelevant, the attitude and borderline gaslighting was far from necessary, as I was nothing but patient and polite, even apologizing for the mixup and trouble just to be met with that in my face. My husband and I went in to get breakfast, placed our order and left. We thought that everything was ok until we got to the car. My husband noticed that they got his breakfast sandwich wrong and put bacon instead of the sausage he asked for. I ran back in quickly cuz we were running late for work. I approached this Asian guy who was just standing at the till. So I approached him and told him that they got my order wrong and I wanted them to fix it. He decided to ask me if I picked up the wrong order. I was like no, because everything else in the bag was right, it was just the one sandwich. He was very rude talking to me and decided to basically just shoo me to the side pointing with his hand for me to basically just go to the side. I was so shocked but i decided to give him a benefit of the doubt and I said excuse me? He then shooed me again pointing with a very rude demeanour and attitude like I was some animal or something. I was so shocked I couldnāt believe it. I asked for the manager they told me the manager was not in. I told his co-worker to give me the managerās phone number and I asked for the guys name cuz he didnāt have a name tag. The co-worker was so reluctant but she hesitantly wrote down the Asian guys name. His name is Steve. I told him that his customer service is horrible and shouldnāt work in this type of job.
