I would never reccomend aleksandra jewelry for permanent jewelry. I went to her for the first time in march 2025 for a permanent anket with my mom and her friend. one single anklet of gold fill (not real gold) was $180 including tax. i have been to several different jewelry stores who offer gold fill and real gold permanent jewelry and it about half the price of her prices. i myself got a necklace which came to 240$ (gold fill) and my mom and her friend both got a gold fill anket each for 180$ each. those prices are absolutely ridiculous. my mom had bought her friend a gift certificate for 200$ hoping that would get her about 2 items and it just got her one. after we left we talked about how absolutely insane the prices were compared to other places who's work is honestly better than hers and decided to message her asked for a refund on the amount left over on the gift card as my moms friend will not be using it nor would that get her anything with those prices. both ankets and my necklace broke off within 2 weeks of getting it so for "quality jewelry" why is all of ours breaking that soon? we instagram messaged her again and we never ever got a response. i would never recommend this business and there are plenty of places in the area that have better quality and...

My cousin and I had booked an appointment for permanent bracelets ! We were so excited. Aleks walked us through the whole process, explained the types of metal and the benefits of each.. she also told us how her machine works and all. (We like to ask questions lol).. we decided on solid gold. I was nervous because I don’t like bracelets dangling around my wrist. So I went against aleks better judgment to place it a little snugger. That evening my wrist swelled up from the heat outside and I felt the bracelet feeling snug. I started to worry I made a big mistake putting it this tight. Aleks had a few options for me to change the bracelet out or add some links. We decided to go for a whole new strip (this time I allowed her to choose the size). The bracelet is now perfect and I am so grateful she fixed it for me.

Aleks over the years has also taken old rings of mine and resized them or fixed splits in them (purchased elsewhere) her pricing for repairs is beyond fair and her turn around time is very fast.

Aleksandra put on a permanent bracelet for my mom and I. This is the second time I have been to her with the first being at a craft show. Instantly when we arrived, she welcomed us into her little studio with a smile and focused on us one at a time. Once we selected what chain we wanted, she started her amazing work. First by putting it on our wrists and figuring out what length. With her guidance and our opinions we carefully found the perfect length with her taking little bits off the chain until we found the perfect length and then she zapped the bracelet on. Throughout the whole process, she chatted with us and learned our styles and what we liked which led my mom to the two tone bracelet. Without conversation we never would have known two tone was an option.
