I did my class 3 license and my air brakes here. The education and experience we get here is very poor, I guess it's not just the school but the licensing system as well. The air brakes course was 2 days 1 day in the classroom and next day exam which is OK you learn enough about the air brake system. The class 3 license is a different story. We only drove automatic transmission and not only that but the driving lessons are a joke and there was 0 highway driving. No wonder why there is so many accidents and unexperienced drivers out there. Drivers should be trained better not just in driving but basics use of equipment and haul a couple of loads dirt somewhere and dump, so drivers get a clue what it's like driving loaded, include some highway driving . Obviously there is a lots of different class 3 trucks like flatbed, hydrovac etc , but they use a dump truck so might as well do a better training. I did not even drive all my hours which is I paid for, and thanks to Larry (my instructor and he is very decent) he had a chat with the office and he was able to get me some extra hrs and take out an 18speed tractor in the yard and in traffic to practice. They dont answer their phone for a quick call. I called the first time to be on hold 20.5 mins before their automated msg comes on to say email them, then it hangs up. I am on the phone waiting again to speak to a person again...same thing 17.24 mins in, leads me to believe NO ONE answers. Lack of Communication to know where you stand for your application. Emails take forever for responses. In April, I have my completed application for admissions for a 1-month course, waiver received, completed, and sent back to them with cohort date for May 26th. Cash payment ready, housing ready, transportation ready, all on my own because I dont officially live up there yet. They didnt have to actually do any industry interview etc for me. Those students who are applying there please don't go for it!!!! that my personal advice or take it as a help they guys having worst policies and guidelines I was also applying there but due to some reason I have to drop my plan of studying there unfortunately I had paid some admission fees to them of something 750 cad 50,000INR which is a big amount for me !!only I know that ,how I have arranged that amount to pay them !! and now they are giving me shitty reasons and explaining me about their policies which they didn't had tell me before paying the amount I have tried for so many times and continuously pleasing them . So if your policies are that much important for you so why don't you tell about your so called policies before taking...
