I am fuming with rage, especially towards this establishment. I arrived at the airport early on XMAS EVE, spoke with the female attendant around 1:30 PM, and politely inquired about their closing time. I came here early to pick up a Christmas dinner feast for myself, my best friend, and her son who’s part of the Make-A-Wish foundation. His Christmas wish was to enjoy some Atlantic crab, and I made sure to arrive early to get it. My flight isn't until 6 PM.

The attendant assured me they closed at 4 PM, which was perfect since I had four suitcases to drop off with WestJet. After patiently waiting and dropping off my luggage, I returned a few minutes after 3 PM, only to discover that they were closing early. Why would you lead me to believe your closing time was FOUR PM and then close early?

When I asked if she could assist one more customer, she rudely declined, citing that it was Christmas

Thank you for completely ruining my Christmas. I have shared this dreadful experience all over my social media and with my influencer friends. I will never support this establishment again. Thank you for ruining not only my Christmas but also my best friend's son's last Christmas.

Not happy ! I have picked up lobsters previously at this store and they were very good at a good price. My wife went to Halifax for University purposes last weekend and I asked her to fill one of the Clearwater cooler bags we own with scallops on the way home back to Edmonton. When she got home I was very surprised that a frozen 5 lb bag of small scallops cost 100.00 dollars ! I could have gone to Costco in Edmonton here and bought fresh scallops twice the size of these ones for 17.99 per lb. I can't even wrap Bacon around there ones. Going to be the most expensive chowder I ever made I guess. Very disappointed and won't be going back when I come out in April again. I will go to a shop at the Eastern passage. My husband called them from US to made an order for 5 cooked lobsters the night before I left Halifax. Karen was very helpful and advised him the best time to pick up in order to keep the cooked lobsters in good condition based on my flight schedule and flight time back to South Carolina. When I pick it up at 10am, they were extremely busy. Claud was very patience to answer my questions, taught me how to reheat when I arrive home and timing. He told me that I can get 10% off for next purchase by using the freezer bag that I purchased. I will keep that in mind. Excellent customer service.
