I got a dish washer from them. When I went in they where very polite and very understanding to what I needed. The reason there is no 5 star is because when I went to pick it up they ended up ripping the door seal on my vehicle which to me I am not picky about but its the fact that they weren't careful and where in a rush. I very much appreciated the phone mannerism as I understand they have to deal with a lot of people who may not be happy through out the day because of furniture ruined or not on time they are still smiling. Just purchased some accent chairs for my living room. I was in and out 4 times trying to find the perfect furniture. Every time I was helped by a new sales person and they were all equally amazing! The moving guys were also both so kind and friendly! It was hands down the BEST experience I have ever had buying furniture.
