The splash park is great. However, my grandson got hurt by a boy riding a scooter inside the water park instead of riding in the skate park. The skate park is only 10 meters away. My grandson was bleeding from his feet and his head. The mother of the young boy watched him continue to ride his scooter in the splash park. Her excuse was that he was having fun. In winter there's great sledding and skating on the groomed pond. In summer there's a small splash park, but we're eagerly waiting for the outdoor pool to reopen. The Pioneer Museum is free and well worth visiting, and hosts many community events and cultural activities. The mini-golf course also sells ice cream and treats, and the reservoir is a great place for bird watching. And that's just the part of the park in easy walking distance...
