Great food today! Another 10 pepper Hunan Kung Pow Chicken for the books. This place is always a great pic for a lunch, or a night out. Earls offers a truly Cosmopolitan cuisine. With fresh exciting food in a comfortable setting. The restaurant is well laid out. It has a good size dining area, with a decent size lounge. Great for groups. Although the parking lot is small, parking is easy enough to find nearby on the street. This place felt trendy with a little Metro feel. The servers seem to enjoy working there as they all have smiles on their faces!.. They know their food too. This privately owned restaurant is no 'Electric Fork'. Meaning... the food delivery, and dining event has not been designed for a 45 minute experience. It's a great place for business get-together, a date, even dinner with your mom. The washrooms are very clean, and the restaurant is easily accessible via wheelchair. Well done Megan and team!! Your at par with the back-of-house, and their tasty fresh food! Thanks Earl's.

In a small city like Grande Prairie, it's hard to find a lot of restaurants that customize meals for those with food sensitivities/allergies. It is clear that Earl's is working on updating their menu to accommodate the increasing number of food allergies in society, and I appreciate the effort that was taken to try and work with my particular sensitivities. I initially ordered a salad with some modifications, and the waitress came back and was clear about some cross-contamination risks I hadn't foreseen. I ended up switching my meal and ordering a burger with lettuce bun instead (also with modifications). The server didn't seem to mind the need to make modifications and the extra time to place an order (I've been at other restaurants where it's clear by their body language and tone that my faulty immune system is an inconvenience). While the menu is quite limited if you have more than one allergy/sensitivity, I appreciate the willingness at this location to work with the customer.

So it was my birthday and my husband and I were prepared to drop some cash on a luxurious evening. Finished my iced tea if two gulps there was so much ice…and then the server didn’t bring me another one or ask if I wanted more when he took my glass away…that was before the first course even arrived. Got our first course…the tuna roll…Earl…you need to fire your sushi chef who was working this evening. The roll was not even the size of a quarter in diameter and was falling apart…I could have made a better roll myself. I ordered the fillet mignon medium…I know everyone likes their stake a little different but the menu literally describes it as pink warm inside…this was borderline well done and the “Seasoned Veggies” that came with it was just squash with a little salt and pepper. See photos, for the above. My husband had the burger and said it was salty but at least it had a decent amount of bacon. Bottom line…we were expecting luxury…and we didn’t receive any.

Every time I ate here the food was amazing and quickly delivered to my table.

My birthday of 2021 I came here due to their large vegan menu, as I was vegan at the time. I was so happy about my service and the food. I also found out a few of their other menu options can be made vegetarian or vegan which is so amazing Also I dont drink alcohol and they have a great non alcohol selection. My favs are the Yuzu lemonade or the Italian Spritz.

They have the BEST allergy awareness in town and hands down go above and beyond to ensure they're best to be allergy aware.

Earls (and one other restaurant in town) are the BEST to eat at. The food is amazing the energy and atmosphere is so vibing. This is the hip and hop spot to be any evening night but especially on the weekends So if your in your looking for a great place to socialize with like minded people this is the spot in GP

I was here today April 4th 2023 for a quick lunch before school and got their street tacos (Yucatan Chicken Tacos), they are the best and I hope they keep them on their menu forever. And a coffee which is so good. If you like coffee you will delightfully please with this brew. Rachel the hottest sat me and was so sweet and kind. Her laugh is truly genuine and will bring a smile to your face.

My server was Alexis on the lounge patio she was prompt to greet me and bring my coffee. She is so friendly and her smile will make your day a million times better.

The food was quickly delivered and the tacos were packed full of flavor. I literally crave these and if you haven't tried them you just MUST. They have a this beautiful blend of jalapeño crema, Pico de gallo with chicken and a fresh salsa. Words truly cannot describe just how incredible these are.

The GM (Bre) even came over to greet me and say hello as well which was a pleasant surprise. She radiates a positive energy that is contagious, and she cares about the restaurant and everyone there having the experience they desire and deserve!

And Bev the floor supervisor/manager for that shift came to say hello as well. She was upbeat and friendly.

The new cherry blossom decorations are breath taking. It's as if i was eating in a magickal secret garden! Well done on this. Plus there are real plants all over the patios with little water falls. As I sit here (alone) having a quick lunch I was so happy and content with my surroundings and the overall energy. It is an uplifting environment and leaving here I am refreshed, refueled and re-energized to go back to my schooling.

A few other food favs I did not have today are - Chipotle Calamari, Chilli Chicken & Wontons, Street Corn & Avocado Dip, All the seafood options & sushi options, Tropical Thunder Pizza, Margherita Pizza, Sante Fe Chicken Salad, Clam Chowder, Ahu Tuna Poke Bowl, Hunan Bowl,Thai Curry Bowl, Chicken Binyani, of course the Fillet is my go to for steak with truffle butter. This cut melts in your mouth, Eggs Benny, and the Sticky Toffee Pudding or the NEW Creme Brulee

What a blessed gem we have in Grande Prairie. Thank you Laurie (the owner) for having such an amazing establishment for myself and many others like me who enjoy fine dining, great energy and just an overall...

On July 6th I took my 84 year old uncle to Earls Grande Prairie for dinner. I feel disgusted because we had poor food, yet the bill was $67.73 before tip. My uncle ordered a ceasar drink and could not drink it, said it was awful, mentioned to waiter he offered to do nothing, so he never finished it. My uncle was craving a steak but because he is 84 he only wanted 4oz steak. When it arrived garlic mashed, 2 pieces of Brocollini, potatoes were not hot, neither was mashed, steak was tough. When the manager came by and asked how the food was, I told him he could not drink his drink and steak was tough. He said when you order 4oz Sirlion (their suggestion only 4oz steak available) it is going to be tough and he walked away. He was not tall, maybe Phillipino, but I thought very poor of manager. Could have offered a piece of dessert or something. So we left steak, drink and potatoes not all eaten. I ordered fettuccini with supposively parmessan chicken, it arrived salt and peppered no parmessan, so waiter got it wrong or kitchen did? It was not hot, chicken breast now is about 5 slices, not the whole breast but they charge $26.75 for pasta with 5 slices of chicken, garlic bread added on for $2.75 more, so total of $28.99 with tax. So because the waiter was poor only got all happy to take order and take money, poor service otherwise, I only left a $10 tip because Earls must be paying good, food was not good, waiter was nice but not good, manager did a poor job especially commented on where on the cow the steak comes from so it is going to be tough and walked away, did not even try make customer happy! My uncle was raised on a farm and I was raised in farming, so his explanation was like an excuse and walked away! So guess what Earls is now so expensive, food not hot, not good and service was terrible, sorry Earls but lunches and dinner's we will...

My wife and I stopped here to grab food and drinks. I’m a Canadian citizen but my wife is American. The waitress and manager refused to serve my wife citing that “a U.S. Drivers license is not valid ID in Canada” and told us she needed her passport. She didn’t have it with her because why would she need it? I can understand wanting to be careful so I told the manager that if that was his store policy that was fine and understandable but that isn’t the law. He proceeded to argue with me about it being the law that a passport is the only valid ID for a U.S. citizen to buy drinks.

Soooo let’s get this straight she can rent a car with an only a U.S. license, she can get pulled over by the police and identified with only a U.S. drivers license, she can use it as I.D. to verify her credit cards for hotel bookings ect. but she can’t use it as I.D. to order a drink? That sounds ridiculous to begin with and is also verifiably untrue. I pulled up the law on google to show the manager but he wanted to continue to tell me that he knew the law and the law states she needs her passport as I.D. Between common sense and pro serve training this shouldn’t have been hard to grasp but that is lost on him I guess. Again if he didn’t know the law as wasn’t comfortable serving because of that I would have understood, but don’t start lying and making up laws to save face. We travel between countries ALL THE TIME and this was the first time I have ran into this issue.

You aren’t a border agent, you don’t need to be checking passports. This happened quite a few months ago but I stopped in Grand Prairie for some food the other day and it reminded me of this place and I realized I hadn’t left a review. Luckily there is lots of other great spots like Bar one, Moxies, Mr, Mikes, and sawmill that served us while we were visiting without any problem with my...
