We went to this location at 9:45pm and it was closed with lights off and doors locked. The website literally says that this location is open until 10pm. I just read a 3 month old Google review from another patron claiming that they went to this location 3 months ago to find the store was closed when they arrived at 9:15pm instead of 10pm as advertised. Oddly, somebody from āDQ Fan Relations Teamā wrote back to this customer on Google Reviews claiming that the feedback is appreciated and that, āWe're always listening to our fans so we can improveā and yet, absolutely no change has been made to the official Dairy Queen website. What gives? I mean, taking a moment to update your website to reflect accurate store hours when they are clearly inaccurate seems like a pretty simple way to ālisten to your fans,ā from my perspective. If for months, the website has the incorrect store hours and nobody at Dairy Queen corporate has the drive to correct the mistake, why on earth would anyone from the āDQ Relations Teamā even bother to respond to these Google customer reviews? It just seems pretty embarrassing and generally a waste of time from a DQ Customer Relations perspectiveā¦but hey, what do I know? Unfortunately, we actually drove from the other side of town to this particular DQ location because the Stone Road Dairy Queen on our side of town was so short staffed that the drive thru line was the length of the parking lot and the front doors of the store were locked at 9:35pm (advertised 10PM close) for some reason. A rough as ārocky roadā DQ experience all around. Cāmon guys, please try to care about your customers (and apparently your staff) just a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGarbage location. Not sure if itās the staff or the machines, but the few times Iāve decided to get blizzards from this DQ location, it has been a big letdown. I am always surprised that the blizzards donāt fall out of the cups because they donāt look fully formed and start melting on the way home (3-minute walk) and donāt even harden when put in the freezer (good freezer). Additionally, my most recent experience was the worst yet. I ordered a mint brownie blizzard (sorry I forget the name) with three extra toppings to find that my mint ice cream is barely green (almost white) and lacking flavor with a weird aftertaste and even more disappointing it had hardly any toppings throughout the large blizzard (worse considering they cost $1+ each). I strongly recommend choosing another DQ location over this one! A good DQ location is the one on Stone Road. I rarely review, but this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām not sure if all locations have to have the same prices or not. But when I went to get a cake there the 8ā was $46.99. When I brought it to the counter to get writing on it. The ONLY employee working told me I would need to wait while she watched the hotdog in the microwave for the customer ahead of me. I said no problem and stepped aside with my cake. While I was waiting the owner (i presume) said to me āput the cake in the freezer. She needs timeā
I put the cake in the freezer and said I would come back later. I then decided to drive to the stone road location where I was very shocked to find out the exact same cake was $39.99!!! Not on sale.
The Paisley location has been rude to us before, but close to home so we return. But after this price difference. I donāt think I will...
