Pizza Depot — Restaurant in Guelph

My partner and I has been a customer here for years as it was the best pizza/wing joint in town, we relocated an hour away and we would gladly drive there to get their pizza and wings. Since the new owners took over around a year ago, the jumbo wings decreased in size by half but the price went up considerably. Substandard pizza as well less toppings and poorly made. Sadly quality overall has dimished. The customer service was chilly. Previous owner had electronic displays showing all menu options and prices, these still remain but are off, possibly to hide the price gauging. I really enjoyed the taste of the food overall, and it was quite satisfying. The flavors were balanced, fresh, and nicely prepared. However, I personally felt that the marinara sauce was added a little more than needed, which made the dish taste slightly too tomato-heavy. It did not spoil the experience, but the strong tomato flavor stood out more than I expected. Apart from that minor detail, everything else was great and enjoyable.
