I'm always satisfied with a tasty sub the way I like it, but the manager at this Subway needs some lessons in customer service.
Dropped in earlier this week for a quick bite and sure, I like my sub made a little different than the "Corporate Build" but the guy making it had nothing but negative comments about how I like my sub. Really? If you're going to be customer facing, try this:

At first they said it was the tax and then I broke it down for them and said their totals didn’t match! When I pointed it out, $4 difference, the employee said it was MY fault. I stood there wondering if he was joking or kidding but he was dead serious. I paid but advised them that when business overcharge customers by mistake, the item is free.

However, on my last visit in October 2022, when they passed me the payment terminal I noticed that they have now added a panhandling feature where they beg you for tips. The level of service at a Subway sandwich shop does not merit a tip. This terminal begging is becoming a pandemic and every time I see it, I lose all respect for the people managing these businesses.
