I keep returning to this location, hoping it will be different because it is the nearest Starbucks to my house and work. On three separate occasions, I have ordered a grande brewed coffee, usually dark roast, but I’ve also done pike and by the time I get to my car and take my first sip, I realize it is lukewarm at best. 3 x is too many times! They seem to struggle getting orders correct at this location and didn't bother to remake my drink when I said it tastes only like milk... which you can see from the photo how light it looks. It's more miss than hit and I've only come here a handful of times, but enough to know it's better to make the drive to a different location with friendlier and more competent service. I went and ordered 3 grande drinks and tried to pay by scanning my visa card on the Starbucks app. Kayley the barista told me I was not able to use my app to scan.
