The work Brian does online with Guelph Market deserves more recognition. The work Brian does standing up, speaking out about every topic possible, hard conversations that need to be talked about is IMPORTANT! I have learned so much, have grown so much and have changed my mind and how I view a lot of issues differently all thanks to Brian just posting so bluntly online. I absolutely can’t thank Brian enough for being a huge supporter for local businesses and calling local businesses out when they need to be called out. We NEED that, we need to speak up about these things and BRIAN does that.

I also appreciate the mandates they put in place for in person markets. It makes ME feel safe during a pandemic going to a market knowing that Brian cares for customers and the businesses taking part.

I’ve only been a vendor with Guelph Market once and have continually come to shop at other events hosted by Brian! I absolutely love the atmosphere at Guelph Markets in person events, especially at the night markets. The diversity with all the different small businesses taking part each time you go to an event hosted by Brian is wonderful! You’ll be able to shop from brand new businesses as well as your favourite local shops! Now being a vendor with Brian was AMAZING, the care that Brian puts into each vendor is unlike any other event I’ve ever taken part of! The little details with hot drinks, little snacks if you get peckish and checking on the vendors throughout the event just puts the icing on the cake! I was lucky to get in for one of the November Nights at the Guelph Market! Let me just say first of all- so welcoming. This is the best market experience I have had for communication, timely notifications, and a safe place. Brian was wonderful, I have to say, I cannot wait to join again! I loved how there was affordable options for tables and that I didn’t have to bring my own. I also really enjoyed how accessible this vendor was; wheelchair, neurodiverse, lgbtq+. I can’t say enough!
