Nothin' Fancy Furniture Warehouse — Local services in Halifax

This is my third time shopping at Nothin' fancy Furniture and all three times were great experiences. We bought a recliner for our grandmother which had to meet certain requirements and the guy helped by looking at every piece until we had one that met them all. We were so grateful for his help. Second time was a mattress I don't think anything could have went more smooth then that purchase. Third time was last night when we went and Don helped us out and we bought a new sofa and side table and got to pick something from the "free pool" which was a brand new quest size bed frame! Who can ask for more then that? Amazing service, down to earth guys who truly commit to making you happy. You're the man Don! 100%...

On April 18, 2020 I enter the store and went back to find the dishwasher. I informed by a people at the desk, I was looking for dishwasher. The person informed Dave. I waited 18 mins, no one. I could here the person telling dave again. Dave spent 30 mins talking to different people on the phone. So I decided to leave. I was thier to buy a dishwasher and was ignored. I was the only person inside the store.As I was leaving, then Dave had time for me. Saying I are the only person in the store is not an excuse, you stop and assist that person. I did not mind waiting15. But not 30 mins with out...

Went to the Bayers Lake location last thursday, looking for a new couch. The service in the showroom was top notch! Our sales rep took great care of us. They were honest and informative, and let us browse at our own leisure. We found something we liked, and they explained everything about the transaction, and delivery. Couch was delivered a couple of hours ago. Guys on the delivery truck were super nice, and moved everything into my apartment safely and carefully. The new couch is awesome! All in all, a great experience for buying our first new couch in years! Thanks...
