This place is a shell of what it used to be.
I went in today around 1500hr & there was only one worker for a lineup of eight(!) people.
I felt so terrible for Pratik, I told him I would do this review for him. You CANNOT run a food service business like this with ONE employee on a WEEKEND.
I never met Pratik in my life before today but I saw one of the hardest workers in Ancaster. It’s a shame the guy in front of me gave him a hard time for not giving him extra guacamole…

You should be disgusted you left someone to bare such an unreasonable load. You will NOT be receiving my business because of your inhumane treatment of employees.
I used to work at a Subway & there was only one employee for the last hour or two of operations (graveyard shift). This is despicable you would put an employee through an entire shift alone at a sub shop on a Saturday!!!

She did not appear to have a strong enough comprehension of the English language (putting this kindly) nor a care in the world as to what I would have liked to have on my sub. Not only did she NOT ask what toppings I would like, when I asked to add toppings she advised she did. However, when I received my sub it lacked the requested toppings. When I asked her to add the additional toppings, she refused. She also refused to provide me with her managers/owners name and contact number. Read moreI normally really enjoy the food at Quiznos however the service at this particular location was so so slow. I had to wait over an hour to order and finally get my food and it wasn't even busy. This was a Sunday afternoon with 2 staff working and I still don't understand what was taken them so long. The worse part is that they don't even acknowledge how long a customer has to wait for their food. I wouldn't go back to this location until they get more staff or they are better trained.
