Shurr Electronics — Local services in Ingersoll

Took my Acer in for connectivity issues with wifi. It costs me 78 bucks and guess what, it still won't connect to the Internet. Left a message for Ken May 27 that it still wasn't working and to just give his tech my phone number. 4 days later and still no call so I left another message. We are now 10 days passed my intial call and crickets. The measure of a good business is not when things go well, but what they do when things don't go well. I took it into Computer Fix and he had it solved in 10 minutes. I want my money back Ken. Its not the lousy 78 bucks, its the fact you did zero to fix my pc and even less after to address the problems I had after you tried...

I’m very disappointed with the service I received from Shuur Electronics. I brought my 65-inch Samsung TV in for repair and paid a $55 diagnostic fee. After keeping it for two days, they told me it was irreparable.

However, I decided to get a second opinion and took the same TV to another repair shop. To my surprise, they fixed it in just 4 hours and charged only $80.

This makes me seriously question the expertise and transparency at Shuur Electronics. I feel like I wasted both my time and money here. I wouldn’t recommend them based on...

I had three systems failures resulting in one os install, and two complete rebuilds one right after another... It was devastating since I spend a lot of my time on my pc...just easier than dealing with ppl for me. My tech Sean had us up and running again in less than 48 hrs, and in total I paid less for the service he provided than the cost of replacing ONE new system. Very happy.
