What an AMAZING experience! I had my fiancee's engagement ring made at Arman's Jewellers and I am SO happy I did. I started out really not knowing much about the different quality of diamonds or the ring creation process and by the end of it, I can confidently say I know I got the best ring, at the best price created uniquely for future wife. The entire process was a pleasure, from dealing with Dikran and his family, to seeing our ring come to life, to the handshake and thanks that accompanied my purchase. I truly felt cared about and involved in the ring creation. I cannot recommend any other jeweller in town with anywhere near the confidence I have in Arman's Jewellers, skill, knowledge, trustworthiness and price. I have friends who purchased far inferior rings, at much higher prices, and at 'supposed' discount or wholesale jewellers. Guys, please dont make this once in a lifetime purchase, or any jeweller purchase without checking out Arman's and you will see the difference. I looked at multiple jewellery stores in KW, and even online (just dont do it!) and I know I got an amazing ring at an unbeatable price. The ring is phenomenal, and the story of being involved in all the fine details always melts my girl's heart. Ive already referred family and co-workers there and will continue to do so. So incredibly happy with my engagement ring from Arman's! We chose Arman's for my engagement ring after they resized and re-plated an old ring of mine that was my grandmother's and I had been very happy with the work. Dikran worked with us from start to finish to design and create my custom engagement ring. He was able to combine a few photos we liked to design one beautiful ring. The design he created and showed us looks exactly like the finished product. I honestly could not imagine a more beautiful ring for myself. The customer service was excellent and Dikran kept us informed every step of the way. The work was excellent and done on time. We were very satisfied with the price and really felt like we were getting great value for our money compared to larger jewelry stores. The centre stone came with a certificate and the entire ring came with a certification of its value from a third party for insurance purposes at no extra charge. Dikran even re-sized the ring for me free of charge after I realized that my hands must have been slightly swollen the day I tried on the original sizer, and he was even able to make it a custom size to fit my finger perfectly (in between a 3.75 and 4). I brought the goldsmith one single photo of a delicate but elaborate vintage engagement ring and not only did he design and craft it, but he made it from a blend of my old engagement ring/wedding band. It is far more beautiful than I could have imagined! It was a little stressful trusting someone to take my old rings (that were precious to me but were too big to wear and not quite my style) and to turn them into a reality based on one photo of a very unique ring! But as soon as I saw his reaction to the photo I could tell that he knew what he was looking at and how to achieve it. He even seemed excited! You just can't find that kind of talent and professionalism much of anywhere these days. These people are warm, friendly, relaxed and very attentive to their customers. They have that small family business feel with the skill and professionalism I haven't encountered elsewhere. I plan on using them for all my jewellery related needs. And ladies, if you want something custom designed he is capable of so much so don't be afraid to step outside of the current trends... but even his work on more modern styled engagement rings is phenomenal.
