I've been a prferred customer for over 10 years and have always gotten a 15% discount on my purchases. I also have a card issued by fiddlehead that says I get a 15% discount. But this time I bought something and they only gave me a 10% discount for no reason and didn't even apologize, just said it was 10%. When I asked them why and when it changed, they said they didn't know and couldn't give me a 15% discount. I love this health food store. The manager is so nice and knowledgeable, she really gave some great suggestions for natural beauty and hair products. They also have a great selection of crystals, which gave off a really positive energy. Devon Bettoncourt made my smoothie and was so nice, polite and helpful. She gave me a complete list of the ingredients and the benefits of each. I was so happy to know what went into the smoothie I got. I bought the tutti frutti flavour, and the drink was delicious!
