It was fluke that I happened to drive by and saw the road sign advertising T-BONE steak for 4.69 a lb. I was sure someone had removed the 1 in front of the 4.69 so I called and to my surprise that was the deal . Quick u-turn . found the store and was immediately greeted with a friendly smile. I went to the back counter and inquired about the special great service . he went to the back and brought out the not sure of the right word so this great big piece and asked me how thick I wanted them. Wow what I paid I couldn't touch in a retail chain for 3 times the price. On my second visit the person actually recognized me from my visit and again a warm friendly atmosphere. even helped me pick out some spices and sauces to use for specific food items. One of the best afghani supermarkets I have seen in canada . Whatever they sell it has the best quality and the most important thing about them that makes them the best , they are the cleanest and they are so kind and nice people . Also their prices are super reasonable if you compare them to other markets around . As I mentioned their products are high quality but my most favourite that I only buy from them is the fresh halal meat & nan. I’m so glad we have such afghans around that make our lives so comfortable and give us the feeling of being home by providing such an extraordinary services....
