Spa On The Twenty is AMAZING! I’ve created an annual tradition for myself to leave the US around the 4th of July because it’s way too loud and firework-y. I’m so glad I picked Spa On The Twenty! I booked in for a deep tissue massage with Alexandra, a cryo-calming facial with AJ and a spa pedicure with Lydia. Perfect, perfect, and perfect!

When I arrived I was welcomed by Tannis who was very polite and lovely. She showed me to the dressing rooms where I changed into one of their big, comfy robes. I relaxed in the waiting area and enjoyed some iced chamomile tea with oranges… delicious! It was very hot outside but delightfully cool inside and the tea really hit the spot after my hour drive from Buffalo.

The massage was first and wonderful. I can take lots of pressure and Alexandra really did a great job working out all my knots and trigger points. Next was my facial and that was also just as described on the spa menu. The redness in my cheeks was totally gone when I was finished and my skin felt so soft and smooth. Lastly was the pedicure and by this point I was ready for a nap. I was SO relaxed while Lydia completed my pedicure. When I was finished there I changed and returned to the reception area. AJ had shared a list of the products she used during my facial and so I chose one to take home. Dr. Nadir is a fantastic line and I would definitely get another facial with their targeted protocols.

After I was finished I walked briefly back over to the hotel where I also booked for the night. The staff I interacted with there was as courteous and welcoming as the ladies at the spa… so I’d also recommend Inn On The Twenty to cap off a super relaxing spa day.

Google says you close at 5 on Sunday. I drove down from Hamilton to purchase a product at your spa. I was there at 4:11 and you're closed. I went into the hotel to ask and they said the spa staff sometimes leave early if there's no appointments. This doesn't make sense for people that stop in to buy a product. Waste of time. I'll never come back to a spa that wastes peoples' time.

Not only on google, but their hours that state 5pm are also prominently displayed on their website. They should be embarrassed by this.

Edit: My wife also informed me that last time she was there they ended the pricey pedicure 5 mins early and the massage was not very good. Clearly their services are a...

If you’re looking for a beautiful place to unwind and relax, away from busy crowds, than this is the spot. A beautifully hidden gem on the main Street of Jordan, it’s quiet and the services are next level. I’ve been here with friends or solo and Ive never felt rushed or that it was over crowded with other guests. I am never disappointed with my manicure, pedicures or massage. Hannah is a wonderful aesthetician who truly cares about her clients, her work is flawless! Sarah is the spa manager and goes out of her way to make sure your visit is memorable and relaxing. It is my # 1 pick to get away...
