Where do I even begin? From the very first meeting with Grace, the Wedding Sales Manager, we knew we were in good hands. She was knowledgeable, personable, and incredibly easy to work with—someone who truly pays attention to the little details that matter when planning a wedding.

When we first stepped into the Windows Room at Inn on the Twenty, we instantly fell in love. The space is absolutely stunning—warm, elegant, and set in such a beautiful location that we knew right then and there it was the one.

But the real MVP of our experience was Ioana, the Special Events Manager. I honestly can’t praise her enough. The amount of effort, care, and time she dedicated to us went above and beyond anything we expected. She is an absolute powerhouse—organized, detail-oriented, patient, incredibly accommodating, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. She anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, kept everything on track behind the scenes, and somehow managed to do it all with calm professionalism and a warm smile. Our wedding would not have been the same without her. She made us feel so supported from start to finish—we’re beyond grateful.

As for the food—WOW. Everyone raved about it. No one left hungry, no one had a single complaint. Everything was served fresh, hot, and full of flavor. It’s rare to go to a wedding where every course feels like it came from a top restaurant, but that’s exactly what we got.

The rest of the staff were just as amazing—friendly, attentive, and on point all evening. They executed everything with precision and grace, making the night feel seamless. The bartenders deserve a special shoutout too—they put up with our lively group and still managed to deliver top-tier drinks with a smile.

To everyone at Inn on the Twenty: thank you for giving us a day we will never forget. And to Ioana especially—you are a wedding wizard and we are forever grateful for all...

We will never stop talking about our wedding day! It was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service we received throughout the entire experience. Our ceremony took place at the stunning Cave Spring Vineyard (Escarpment Site), and our reception followed at the beautiful Inn on the Twenty in the Windows Room.

While the breathtaking venues initially sold us, it was the care and attention we received during the planning process that left the most lasting impression. Grace Foster and Grace McQuarrie were incredibly helpful from the start, guiding us through the site visit, contract details, and all the early planning stages.

Our main point of contact and day-of coordinator, Becky Lane, was outstanding. She was professional, organized, and always quick to respond to our many questions. On the big day, everything ran flawlessly. Becky and her team went above and beyond to set up our ceremony and reception spaces, transforming our vision into reality with so much care and attention to detail.

One moment that stood out: after the ceremony, my husband wasn’t feeling well and developed a headache. Becky showed genuine compassion, bringing him Gatorade and peppermint oil to help — a small gesture that meant so much and showed just how dedicated she was to making sure we were both taken care of.

And the food! Our guests are still raving about their meals days later. Every part of the experience, from planning to the final bite of dinner, exceeded our expectations.

We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team. We’re so grateful and highly recommend both locations and the wonderful staff who made it...

Disappointment! We reserved in advance for 3 people on the patio.I called the night before to make sure we could bring our spaniel on the patio because it was 36 degrees and dangerously hot in the car. The woman I spoke to said that would be fine to bring our dog on the patio. We arrived and there was only one couple on the patio but the greeter said we could not bring the dog on the patio and did not seem to believe that we had already had confirmation we could bring the dog on the patio. We had to stand in the heat for about 20 mins while she tried to contact a manager- my mom is 95 and staff did not even offer her a chair to sit on while we stood. Eventually a server said we were allowed to bring our dog on the patio. She even offered water for our dog which was nice but she said she could not provide a container for water!!! My mom was very pleased with her cheese board when it came. Our Caesar salads were very rudimentary though and my husband ordered a schnitzel after which took approximately 45 mins to arrive. There were no updates on the schnitzel even though it took an exceptional amount of time to arrive. When it arrived, the server just said they were very busy in the main restaurant and did their best. We felt that we were actually putting the staff out by being there!!! A very disappointing experience. We had planned to book a night at the Inn based on reviews we had read, but given our experience yesterday, we will not return to the resto...

The Inn On the Twenty will always have a special place in our hearts for it was here we chose to have our wedding reception three years ago. Since then Covid restrictions kept us away, but the wonderful memories lingered. Yesterday, we found ourselves in the vicinity while visiting wineries in the Niagara wine country and to our delight we found ourselves at Inn on the Twenty, being ushered into the restaurant as if we had been there only yesterday. Happy faces greeted us by name and if this wasn’t enough, the hostess took us to a table we dined at the last time we were there … 3 years ago. In these Covid times so much has changed, much for the worse, but here time has stood still. As Confucius once said “the more things change, the more they remain the same”, so true here at The Inn on the Twenty. From start to finish the only word that I could find to describe both food and service … Perfection! Fine dining in most places these days is a cliché, but here the simplicity and harmony of the ingredients so delicious and beautifully presented, is fine dining at its best. To end, the most beautiful and flavourful cappuccino, reminded me of my youth, the good old days. Happy to know that the good old days are here again, only 2 hours drive from Toronto, well worth the drive. Kudos to all at the Inn. Keep doing what you do do well. Cheers!

We visited Inn on the Twenty as guests for a pre-wedding dinner and were immediately charmed by the hotel and the picturesque town. The evening was made even more magical by the town’s recent tree lighting ceremony, creating a scene reminiscent of a Hallmark Christmas movie. The evening began with a local sparkling wine, which was delightfully refreshing and set the tone for the meal. For appetizers, we enjoyed the Caesar salad and seared scallops. Both dishes were well-executed and flavorful. For our main courses, we chose the pork chop and the lamb. The pork chop was a standout—one of the best I’ve ever had—expertly cooked and seasoned to perfection. The lamb, while wonderfully flavored, was slightly chewy but still enjoyable. Dessert was a playful and festive mousse, which provided a delightful ending to the meal. The service was impeccable—professional, attentive, and friendly. A special thanks to Stacey for her exceptional service and her spot-on recommendation of the pork chop. Overall, it was an outstanding dining experience. If I find myself in the area again, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to Inn on the Twenty. Highly recommended!

We decided to try a lunch date as we had a gift card to use. Reservations were easy to make, warmly greeted as we walked in. My wife went with the 3 course meal I chose the daily special and charcuterie platter to start with. Excellent wine selection, we went with the Riesling. Daily soup was celery root and Apple, under seasoned for our liking, they do have sea salt at the table which quickly rectified the issue. High light of the meal was the duck liver pate on the charcuterie platter. The main dish in the 3 course was a wild mushroom quiche. Again under seasoned with very little mushroom flavour. I had the daily special pickerel. Both mains had great presentation. I did however pick 6 bones from my fish, after swallowing 1 initially. Dessert was a very nice creme caramel. Staff were friendly and attentive. All in all not a bad lunch just not what we were expecting.
