Where do I even begin? From the very first meeting with Grace, the Wedding Sales Manager, we knew we were in good hands. She was knowledgeable, personable, and incredibly easy to work with—someone who truly pays attention to the little details that matter when planning a wedding.
When we first stepped into the Windows Room at Inn on the Twenty, we instantly fell in love. The space is absolutely stunning—warm, elegant, and set in such a beautiful location that we knew right then and there it was the one.
But the real MVP of our experience was Ioana, the Special Events Manager. I honestly can’t praise her enough. The amount of effort, care, and time she dedicated to us went above and beyond anything we expected. She is an absolute powerhouse—organized, detail-oriented, patient, incredibly accommodating, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. She anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, kept everything on track behind the scenes, and somehow managed to do it all with calm professionalism and a warm smile. Our wedding would not have been the same without her. She made us feel so supported from start to finish—we’re beyond grateful.
As for the food—WOW. Everyone raved about it. No one left hungry, no one had a single complaint. Everything was served fresh, hot, and full of flavor. It’s rare to go to a wedding where every course feels like it came from a top restaurant, but that’s exactly what we got.
The rest of the staff were just as amazing—friendly, attentive, and on point all evening. They executed everything with precision and grace, making the night feel seamless. The bartenders deserve a special shoutout too—they put up with our lively group and still managed to deliver top-tier drinks with a smile.
To everyone at Inn on the Twenty: thank you for giving us a day we will never forget. And to Ioana especially—you are a wedding wizard and we are forever grateful for all...
Read moreWe will never stop talking about our wedding day! It was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service we received throughout the entire experience. Our ceremony took place at the stunning Cave Spring Vineyard (Escarpment Site), and our reception followed at the beautiful Inn on the Twenty in the Windows Room.
While the breathtaking venues initially sold us, it was the care and attention we received during the planning process that left the most lasting impression. Grace Foster and Grace McQuarrie were incredibly helpful from the start, guiding us through the site visit, contract details, and all the early planning stages.
Our main point of contact and day-of coordinator, Becky Lane, was outstanding. She was professional, organized, and always quick to respond to our many questions. On the big day, everything ran flawlessly. Becky and her team went above and beyond to set up our ceremony and reception spaces, transforming our vision into reality with so much care and attention to detail.
One moment that stood out: after the ceremony, my husband wasn’t feeling well and developed a headache. Becky showed genuine compassion, bringing him Gatorade and peppermint oil to help — a small gesture that meant so much and showed just how dedicated she was to making sure we were both taken care of.
And the food! Our guests are still raving about their meals days later. Every part of the experience, from planning to the final bite of dinner, exceeded our expectations.
We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team. We’re so grateful and highly recommend both locations and the wonderful staff who made it...
Read moreDisappointment! We reserved in advance for 3 people on the patio.I called the night before to make sure we could bring our spaniel on the patio because it was 36 degrees and dangerously hot in the car. The woman I spoke to said that would be fine to bring our dog on the patio. We arrived and there was only one couple on the patio but the greeter said we could not bring the dog on the patio and did not seem to believe that we had already had confirmation we could bring the dog on the patio. We had to stand in the heat for about 20 mins while she tried to contact a manager- my mom is 95 and staff did not even offer her a chair to sit on while we stood. Eventually a server said we were allowed to bring our dog on the patio. She even offered water for our dog which was nice but she said she could not provide a container for water!!! My mom was very pleased with her cheese board when it came. Our Caesar salads were very rudimentary though and my husband ordered a schnitzel after which took approximately 45 mins to arrive. There were no updates on the schnitzel even though it took an exceptional amount of time to arrive. When it arrived, the server just said they were very busy in the main restaurant and did their best. We felt that we were actually putting the staff out by being there!!! A very disappointing experience. We had planned to book a night at the Inn based on reviews we had read, but given our experience yesterday, we will not return to the resto...
