My first time to the Maritime Provinces, I chose the 7-day bus tour with this company. We started in Toronto and covered Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and PEI on this trip, with a stop in Ottawa on the way back - travelling 5000+ km in just 7 days. We stopped at various tourist attractions in the 4 provinces. Our tour guide Leo (Yu) was very knowledgeable, considerate and meticulous, with great attention to details - overall a great guide / captain. The hotels booked for the stay were good too. Free breakfast was provided in all except one of the hotels (a resort in PEI where no breakfast was available- not even a paid one). For my particular tour dates, most of the travellers (98%) were Chinese speaking while I was the only non-Chinese speaking traveller, but everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I never felt like I didn’t belong. Special mention to our bus driver Jack who was amazing too, very hardworking and patient - a great attitude, despite having to drive long hours every day, for the 7-days of the trip! Although there’s still a lot to see in some of these 4 provinces, this was a good first introductory trip. I would recommend it to everyone who has never been there before and would like to cover more...
Read moreWe joined the P.E.I. tour at the end of June this year and had a wonderful time, so we decided to join another tour again on October 11. Overall, it was a good experience, but we were quite disappointed with the bus seat arrangements. The seats were only rotated twice, and on the second and third days, there was no seat change at all.
We had two elderly travelers with us, both over 80 years old, and they had to sit in the back of the bus for two long travel days. It was very uncomfortable and bumpy for them. We felt this was unfair to all passengers, especially seniors.
When we checked into the hotel on the second day, I asked the tour guide about the seat arrangement for the next day. She said the seats would remain the same but did not explain why. This is unacceptable, as everyone should have a fair chance to sit in different areas during the trip.
We have joined many tours in Canada since 2005, and this has never happened before. Because of this experience, we will likely not consider joining short trips with this company...
Read moreWe recently joined a 7-day tour of Canada’s Eastern Maritime provinces (August 16–22), and it was truly an outstanding experience. Our guide, Benjamin, was professional, enthusiastic, polite, patient, and extremely attentive to every detail. Our driver, Jacob, was friendly and reliable. The bus was always clean and comfortable, and the hotels were tidy and well-organized.
The included meals were varied and full of local flavors—we especially loved the PEI lobster dinner, which was absolutely delicious!
Throughout the journey, Benjamin’s commentary highlighted Canada’s rich history. His explanations were clear, concise, and easy to follow, while also being engaging and humorous. He is by far the best tour guide I’ve ever met. Thanks to his dedication, this trip went from simply “good” to truly “exceptional.”
The breathtaking scenery and diverse cultural experiences made the journey...
