Be Careful shopping at this store!! Horrible cashier added $50 to my receipts with foods items that I did not have and didn't buy! That day I was planning on buying only a little foods but at the end when it time to pay the receipt came at 186 dollars I was super surprised bc we did not have that many items of the groceries. I was super confused but I paid anyway . Then I decided to checked the receipt and seeing all the items which was not in my grocery bags and did not planned on buying. I asked the cashier to explain to me why am I paying for something I din't buy she did not replied to me but instead talked to her co-workers in Chinese language which I don't understand then the lady came to me and took me to another counter and was so confused. The new lady asked me " did I do for you? Meaning did I made mistakes. I was even more confused bc that new lady did not doing the mistake why it she had to be the one that helped me fixed the issue while she kept asking me if it was her fault đ came to find out the nice lady was on her break did not know what was going on but the one that was doing it didn't wanna take responsibility or explain why she did what she did so she sent someone else to me. The new lady re- checking my groceries all-over again and the receipt came out to 136 dollars âšď¸ I knew it.so then the third lady came to me and said I'll refund it to you. I was like wow đ˛ no sorry or any explanation whatsoever I couldn't believe it. So I asked to speak to a manager I want to know why the cashier added the list of items to my receipt and over charge me. The third lady that was said" I'm gonna refund you" told me " I am the manager" I don't think she was the manger bc she did not speaking English very well and she seem to not knowledge much about what she should do so later she called some guy to come talked to me. I told him what was happening he looked very confused and just said "sorry" and then left. At that point I was so tired and just wanted to go home so the third lady put the money that she over charge me back in my Debit card and I left . I still can't believe it, come to think about it how many times have this store been taking advantage of me. I've been shopping there for years and never once checking my receipt. Produce quality has dropped lately, molded okra selling at $2.99/lb like 3 weeks ago (flyer price). Also overheard a younger female maybe supervisor telling a more senior staff who was rearranging/stocking up the fruits saying it's not like before anymore. She went on and on to lecture him, not very pleasant in front of customers. She wasn't rude but we as customers didn't need to know those details. Feels like fresh produce is not the priority anymore.
Meat section ppl are very lazy with attitude, especially the taller mandarin speaking one. In the past, we like to get the antibacterial free pork shoulder blade and asked for it to be minced. He said they don't do that anymore and told us to get the already minced pork which we do not like, who knows what has been put in them. They do nothing anymore basically besides bagging the meat and most of the time just standing around. Those seperated T&T from other markets in the past, but now not anymore. No wonder the meat dept is so quiet now, basically no wait time. We also moved on to purchase meat from a different grocery store.

In the past, I have purchased durians from this location and the staff have kindly assisted me by cutting them open. However, when I visited today to buy a durian, I encountered an issue that was handled in a highly inappropriate manner.
Upon asking a staff member in the produce department about getting a durian cut, they were unsure and directed me to the department supervisor. The female supervisor I spoke to was exceptionally rude and dismissive. She claimed that the supermarket never provides such a service, contradicting my previous experiences. When I explained that I had received help with this before, she raised her voice and demanded to know which employee had assisted me, using a tone that was accusatory and intimidating.
This treatment was entirely unnecessary. The supervisor could have simply informed me in a professional manner that cutting durians is not a service provided by the supermarket. Instead, I was subjected to an unpleasant confrontation that left me feeling humiliated...
