I went in with my sister today at 5:00pm and the sales lady there was so odd (not the owner - owner was not present and is rarely ever present). My sister wanted to try on a few dresses and we only got to one before we felt really uncomfortable and wanted to leave.

We asked the woman what the lowest price was for one dress and she told us $700 (ticket price was $750). She began to say that she sold this dress for $900 multiple times. I asked her how this was possible when the ticket price is $750? She responded by saying that the previous price was $1k and this dress is incredibly popular. I asked “If this is the case and the dress is really popular - why would you mark it down from $1k to $750?” This question really offended the woman and she said she doesn’t need to explain her business practices and “secrets” to me. Honestly, all I wanted was an honest sales representative. If this dress is a clearance item, then please say so as we genuinely don’t mind. We had no issue paying $700 and likely would have if she just stopped speaking at that time. She started saying that she wasn’t affiliated with the “Naz Fashion Bug” brand and the practices taken place by this brand have nothing to do with her - this confused me as I wasn’t trying to hold her accountable to these practices… it was a genuine question as I was hoping to seek the truth. The lady was spewing so many strange comments that I requested my sister to change into her regular clothes so we can leave. I also requested that she stay quiet as I had a baby with me and her comments were making me very uncomfortable while holding a 6-month old. I’ve had mediocre encounters at this location before with various sales representatives but this time was the nail in the coffin for my sister and I.

I asked the woman for her name but she refused to give it to me. I can describe her as someone who was in her mid-40s and proudly stating she is passionate about fashion and acupuncture? I assume she didn’t want to leave her name with me as knows that she was behaving inappropriately with my sister and I and did not want to be held accountable as a result.

She dissappointed us immensely by not only giving me the bridal outfit 2 and a half weeks late but didn't even do the job right. The work was just full of stones no gold work or zaari work on it. My clutch was made of different colour and not even close to match the colour of the outfit. The neck on the dress I wanted wasn't even close to what I pictured despite me explaining, writing, expressing and sending her the pictures of what I want. Zero work on my skirt the only thing I noticed on the skirt was just Stones! She left the store before our arrival and upon us wanting to speak to her she gave us a very hard time knowing we can't do anything about it as the wedding is just around the corner. When we spoke to her over the phone she started screaming, throwing hiss fit, swearing swe hung up. She's not only Extremely Extremely Extremely unprofessional when it comes to handling a business but a very good liar! She told me that everything was documented and written when I had to in a way plead her to show me the colour and work atleast so I pick my wedding jewellery according and two days prior to her giving me the outfit she sent me the outfit and work I picked while I was placing the order. No pictures of my dress were shown at all when I just wanted to see the type and kind n colour of the gold work and stones to Be able to pick the jewellery accordingly. She's a professional Liar, callous, unconcerned of a person who made me cry my eyes out before my wedding as I nothing to do and nowhere to go. She has Zero Morals! I had a bridal appointment yesterday. During my appointment she let another customer just walk in without an appointment to try on bridal outfits. This girl was tall and skinny and modern looking where as i am short. While my mother sister and i are waiting to discuss some options, she was helping out the other customer with prices and different choices. When we were leaving, she assumed we would be making a 2nd appointment to order bridal dresz and mentioned her process. In there she also hinted if you were to lose weight we even take a 2nd measurement. I am very content with how i look and never have a problem with my weight so to make a comment like that just because my chest may be big was unnecessary. Another thing i noticed we have gone to her store atleast 10 or more times in the past. We have bought my sisters mehndi outfits from her even though they were pricey and she promised they were her own designs. I saw the same outfit on a runaway in pakistan from another designer. So everytime i walk in to her store, she goes have you been to our store before. Especially during this bridal meeting she said it again and didnt remember i was there like 3 days ago disucssing the bridal appointment. I think its very rude to ask when we say yes we have you helped us buy clothes for my sisters wedding every single time. SHE IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY. I WAS EXCITED TO BUY A BRIDAL SUIT FROM NAZ BECAUSE I RESPECTED HER CREATIVITY BUT THE WAY SHE TREATED MY MOM SISTER AND MY TIME AND VALUE. I WILL NEVER SET MY FOOT IN THAT STORE AND WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS ABOUT THIS.
