I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at A&W. I went to the location at 3:30 AM, fully aware that they are advertised as a 24/7 restaurant. However, when I arrived at the window, I was told they were not serving any food or guests. I am left confused and frustrated by this—how can a restaurant that is supposed to be open 24 hours refuse to serve customers?

To make matters worse, I had just finished a long shift at work and was on my way home, needing a meal before I could sleep, especially since I’m fasting during Ramadan. It was not only inconvenient but incredibly inconsiderate for me to be turned away without any reasonable explanation. I ended up having to go elsewhere to get food, but I am still perplexed by how a business can fail to deliver on its promises, especially during such crucial hours for some customers.

This experience is just the latest example of how A&W’s food and service have been going downhill. I always order the Chipotle Wraps, and I’ve had several instances where my order was completely messed up—missing lettuce, missing sauce, or just thrown together carelessly. One time, I was given a wrap with a rock-hard, stone-cold piece of chicken inside. I thought A&W’s food was supposed to be made fresh? It’s frustrating because I miss the days when the wraps actually tasted good. Now, they’re just awful because they’re not even made properly anymore.

I was desperate for food that night, craving something I used to enjoy, but after this, never again. This experience left me feeling disregarded, and it reflects poorly on the brand. I hope that A&W takes responsibility for this issue and seriously reevaluates how they handle service and food quality because, as of now, it has become...

Got the beyond meat burger for the second time here as I really enjoyed it the first time I had it. When I got the burger it seemed undercooked compared to the first burger but I thought how bad could it be considering its made of mung beans and other alternatives... turns out very bad. A few hours later the burger left my stomach in a projectile motion, food poisoning from a veggie burger! Needless to say I'm not coming here again if you can mess up a veggie patty I dont trust you with meat or anything else for that matter.

Also found it to be kinda pricey, I only got the beyond meat burger no fries or drimk and it was $7.90, not to mention the calories in that burger are only 20 less than a big mac so don't be fooled. Also the drive through can be a pain when you're in a rush I've sat in the drive through at this location for over 10 min waiting to order! I love A&W.. well I did, but the price has gone up significantly and at the end of the day how much can you really charge...

This is my go-to A&W. A 1 minute drive from my house and 5 minute walk. They are open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Fresh food and always great. No matter the time, yes, I have tested them at all hours of the day. They got a little patio to sit outside and tables inside. They are inside a petro canada. I did have them originally as a 5 star but their food accuracy is absolutely terrible. I get your busy and you got a lot on your plate, but wayyyy too many times I've been disappointed by it. In each order, it's either something is missing or my coupons aren't applied. Today, I had both. Usually it's just fries or hash brown. Today was a whole mama burger :( and a coupon. Luckily I caught the coupon while there. But I was home and relaxed before i realized about the burger. Would I even go back? Yeah, definitely! Still need my burgers and these guys make good fast burgers. Just got to do a double check before heading home in future. Definitely could have...

My original review was 5 stars. I am not sure if ownership changed when the renovation occured last year or what has happened, but in the 7 times i have been since....6 of those have had my order screwed up. Missing items, wrong order etc. The worst part is that if I mention it at the counter I am always met with a miserable tone, and an eye rolling attitude. Oh, and don't bother ordering inside. It's SLOW!!!! I changed my review today after the Teen Burger I just received. See the photo. Is this a teen burger??? Where the heck are the sesame seeds? I think I am done with this location. With the countless screwups, terrible customer service and now this horrible excuse for a burger, I wonder "where is the pride in delivering a quality product?" "What happened to customer service??"

Ordered mobile pickup n brought back home. While my son was eating his, we noticed there's MOLD on his bun. It's so obvious the staff can't miss it. I'm soooo disgusted and worried for my son as he obviously bit on it. I called them immediately the manager said would remake our order. We were so hungry n in a rush so I just complied. But I'm still in shock and didn't think clearly. I should just ask for refund instead. Was worried while eating the new order. Cuz it's from the same kitchen. When I went for pickup expect manager to serve me. But I had to ask to speak with her to show her this mold burger. She said it's OK. I said no it's not. I worry my son would get sick. She just kept apologizing. I'm tired of repeating same thing n hear same thing again. Just want to warn you all!!
