Pizza Hut Milton — Restaurant in Milton

We go to Pizza Hut almost every time we visit our Doctors office in the same plaza, today Jan 30th 2024 when we ordered our food we asked the girl who took our order if we can wash our hands in the sink right by the casher which we have done every time we went there, this girl refused to let us wash our hands. We asked why is that and she said she cannot let us use it, we said we are coming from the doctors office and before we eat want to wash the hand and she just refused and started to shout back at us, there was another delivery driver and a worker there and they both told her why are you making a fuss let them wash the hand and she got more angry and told us to “ get out of my shop “ repeatedly a few times , we said in that case cancel our order and she said she cannot refund the money, eventually she gave the money back. The other two staff were very apologetic and they were trying to control her but she was not listing to them and was yelling at us, her name is Manpreet, and she called herself the shift manager, she did not have any customer service and was very rude any one going to this store watch out when she is there. Been ordering from this place for several years. They always mess up somewhere and the owner is rude. My last order, i took up their BOGO offer. With this offer, you buy one and get one pizza free. I ordered 2 large pizzas through their app. Came to the store to pickup, the owner who was at the cash register, didn't greet me nor made any eye contact throughout the transaction. I knew something was off. When I picked up the pizza boxes, they felt extremely light.

I was a rush so didn't bother opening the pizza boxes to look inside. So i left. I got home and I realized I had been scammed. They made two pizzas out of the material that would normally be used to make one pizza.

I didn't order thin pizzas, yet this was the thinnest pizza I have ever seen in my life (no exaggeration). The thickness of the pizza was measured at 2-3mm (not cm, yes mm). The cheese was non-existent and the toppings were also very sparse. The toppings for one pizza were split among the two. It was clearly a huge fraud.

Recently placed an order online for pasta and had a delivery. The pasta was a thin layer and had almost zero sauce and a sprinkle of cheese. It was 10 mins away from closing. I called the Holly street location not knowing my order actually came from the Main Street location. I wasn’t aware there was a new location as I have been a frequent customer for years!!! At the Holly location. The gentlemen (I’m assuming the owner) was extremely rude. Extremely rude. He could not find the order and was yelling. I called back after he hung up disturbed and politely apologized for the mix up and started to explain that I assumed it was from his location because it’s the only location I’ve ever visited. He was irate and told me he was close to closing and continued to yell about me calling them him looking for the reservation not finding it bla bla bla. If the Main Street location can provide a better quality of food this place will never see a penny from me again.
