Great customer service, AH-mazing food!!
Carlos took the time to explain the process behind the quality of his meats, trimmed, and individually vacuum-sealed all of the cuts I purchased; he even used a special brush to clean the saw-dust off the freshly cut ribs! (Iâve never seen that done before!!)
His daughter Carolina took time to explain the differences between the âtapas de empanadaâ they offered, so I could choose the ones best suited for my needs/taste â she even suggested a yummy recipe for me to try.
And then comes the taste ... oh my! ... so far, I grilled chorizos (sausages) and asado de tira (ribs); the taste of the sausages was just like I remember from Argentina, and the asado was the most flavourful and tender I have yet tried in my 36 years in Canada.

The products they have to offer are pretty amazing as well. Their in-house sausages are incredible, particularly the Argentine Chorizos, I would highly recommend them.
