For the last few months, they have been really slow on food service during most times of the week, averaging around 40-50mins to cook. If you are not in a hurry, come here for brunch; otherwise, try somewhere else.

This chain seems to offer a good balance of quality, selection, and price. They accept debit/credit or cash, making it easy for customers to pay for their meals.

I'm giving this place a negativereview even though I've been going to this location for awhile now not because of friends who wanted to go here. Every time I've gone this placethey've brutally ruined my order and made up excuses to why they never put avocado in the food which requires Avocado to be in it? Like why are you being so cheap and why are you making up excuses as to the cook always forgetting the Avocado or the steak not being done right same as the home fries, the potatoes were a bit on the raw side, she said they boil the potatoes for an hour? Really an hour? LOL? or there wasn't enough cheese in the stock room or that the tomatoes had been recalled? Like are you running a business or are you trying run customers away? I don't get it? 4 times? That's too much! When I spoke to the manager she gave me such attitude so I refused to pay? You disrespect my food you don't deserve my money! She then told me to call head office and that she didn't care about my concerns and that her chef in training was more important? Well I hope someone sues her! I'll never go back to this dump in the ground. I bet she'll remove my remarks and that's ok when head office finds out she'll wish otherwise. She had the nerve to tell me that other customers love her place? When you don't know how good food is suppose to taste what can you expect from owners like her? IF YOU GO HERE? EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK! Shame on me for returning for a 3rd time thinking the place would improve... I went with my family, and after over 30 minutes waiting for basic breakfasts with a nearly empty restaurant. I began to put jam on my son's toast and placed the fork on my food.... then when I was about to eat my food, I noticed the fork I was given that had been hand wrapped hasn't been washed, and was clearly previously used by someone that had over easy eggs. Then when I was about to eat my over hard eggs... they were clearly still funny. So I then asked for new eggs... as I was finishing my tomatoes, toast and sausage... and my family was finishing their whole meal that's when I hear the waitress asking if my eggs were done. Just to hear the chef ask is that a side order.. then she explained and I suppose he starting making them at that point nearly 15 minutes later. Instead of having common courtesy to let me no about the further wait time and apologizing for the inconvenience she simply hid behind the wall as she mostly already did. Didn't once top up our waters or coffee meanwhile had gone around to all he other customers asking if everything was alright. Then to top it off the manager came and apologized and gave me a whole 15% off my bill which was $2.19 and yet I never received the eggs... and not to mention my son's eggs were just as runny when his was also ordered over hard.
