Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Mississauga

Kinda disappointed. Honestly I haven't had pizza hut since 2010. I can probably say I will be going back to my red white and blue pizza company from now on. We ordered $70 worth of pizza. All stuffed crust, we were excited. Unfortunately there was barely enough cheese in the crust to make a small depressing puddle. The toppings were lack luster and burnt. Within 10 minutes the toppings were separating from the dough like post-it notes...NEVER EVER have I had that happen before. very weird. The fries were made yesterday...it seemed... and had 1.5 small potatoes worth for $4 . Honestly a kids size Mickie Dee's fries have more in them. I am giving them two stars though because the pizzas did taste okay, the Hawaiian was kind of bland, the meat lovers was decent and the butter chicken was probably the best one out of all of them. The Hawaiian and the cheese pizza were indistinguishable between each other, it's like the Hawaiian was a cheese pizza with a little bit of pineapple and two pieces of ham on it very disappointing as well because I love pineapple. We're not in a pineapple ration or a pineapple depression..... All jokes aside, Definitely will not...

Hey guys so i got ripped off / hacked from the pizza hut rewards points... From this location!! I just got a email saying pizza is in the oven... At 12:43am, i was out camping so had no service and only got the email when i got back at about 2am.... and legit i live 721km away roughly 8hrs away... And the pizza that got ordered had veggies on it which i never get let alone the kind of pizza that was ordered... Never been to this location or this town.... Idk how this happened but it used up points to get a free pizza.... Got the order # too! If you want this review removed please kindly get ahold of me... Bc this is not giving you guys a good name... Unfortunately!!! Please get ahold of me i hate to do this... But im not getting any other help unfortunately and dont know what to do or how to go...

I'm a regular customer who visits every Friday with my children. Last week, my 4-year-old had an accident. I did my best to clean it, but he’s a child — accidents happen. As we left, he had a meltdown, and staff laughed at us. It was humiliating and unprofessional.

Today, Sadia — who is always rude — falsely claimed this was the “third time,” said customers complained (though I was the only one there), refused to give her name, and referred to me as “this girl.” Her tone was shaming and disrespectful.

She also wears AirPods, touches food after using the POS system without washing her hands, and shows no concern for proper hygiene — despite lecturing others about it.

Pizza Hut is supposed to be a family-friendly place. I’m very disappointed. Please...
