Black Tie Ski — Local services in Mont-Tremblant

As a dad, I'm basically an Urban Sherpa for family vacations. With Black Tie ski rentals that is no longer the case. 5 stars doesn't even begin to cover it.

First off, they SAVED ME from the soul-crushing experience of dragging my kids to a ski shop. You know the drill: the whining, the "I neeeeeed these $300 goggles," the unexpected financial black hole that opens up when your 5-year-old spots a neon pink helmet with ears. None of that.

The gear showed up at my door, like a magical snow-dusted stork.They were on time. I'm talking Swiss-watch-level punctuality. In the world of parenting, this is more impressive than a triple backflip.

Pickup was equally smooth. No frantic searching for rogue mittens or trying to wrestle skis into the minivan while your toddler attempts a jailbreak. And when we had a minor issue (turns out, you can lose a pole in a snowdrift the size of a small car), they actually CALLED ME BACK. Not some automated voice mail labyrinth, but a real human being. I almost wept with gratitude.

If you value your sanity, your wallet, and your ability to arrive at the mountain with any shred of dignity intact, use this service. They're not just renting skis; they're renting peace of mind.

We arrived late on Sunday and Marco met us with a smile after his last delivery eventhough it was after hours. Rental process was so smooth and he offered to swap equipment out if needed. It was not needed because Marco knows his stuff! Also, Black Tie is a great name because they offer top level service in addition to pick up and drop off of equipment. After our 5 days of skiing they promptly came to our condo and picked up our equipment saving us the ‘hassle’ of returns! I would highly recommend this and it has become my go to for ski rentals at Mont Tremblant! We give it a 15 out of 10!! Thank you...

These guys did a terrific job getting my family all geared up for a couple days of skiing. They were on time getting us our gear and setting up the return was equally very easy and smooth. My wife even had to make a boot exchange in the middle of our rental and Marco made it very convenient and easy for us - showing up at our condo at 9:30pm to make the change - now that is customer service!! I really like this service, it sure beats having to go to a rental shop and wait in line etc etc. These guys did an excellent job - I highly recommend them and would definitely rent...
