This experience was awesome. Even though it was about 1° F the day my family went, we still had a great time. We feel the company could improve on some things like having an instructional video on how to operate the sled. Not only is it easier to visualize seeing the sled, it would have been useful for the couple in our group that didn't speak English or French who experienced some difficulties controlling the sled on our trip. And we felt a little bad for the doggos that didn't have thick fur coats to protect them from the cold. They seemed chilly. What I arrived I was greeted By the owner Matthew, He was kind enough to let me pet the dogs and spend some time with them before the trip, Dogs were very affectionate and felt happy. I was very curious on what the dogs eat during the different seasons, Matthew explain to me they’re food schedule during the winter and summer and it was very interesting. The ride was very fun it was a one hour tour varying between forest, Golf course and a Tunnel, Halfway through we stop for a break and in the end cup of hot chocolate!
