Kyoto Fleurs — Local services in Montreal

I've been happy to order flowers here a couple times in the past and so felt confident ordering a bouquet online for Mother's Day. When I arrived for pickup the bouquet looked nothing like what was advertised online, so dissimilar that I had to confirm whether they had given me the correct order. The staff had no comment when giving me the bouquet, as if they were hoping I just wouldn't notice the difference.

It's understandable that flower selection can change but the extreme difference should have been communicated somehow before I was arriving to pick them up and having to notice myself. I'm attaching a picture of what was supposed to be the medium-sized Kanazawa bouquet. Pretty but not nearly what was advertised. I have go give a HUGE S/O & Thank you KYOTO FLEURS. Monday as been 2 months since my father passing. We had the funeral on June 20. I LIETTERALLY had 3 days. I called in and did the order by phone. The phone service 100%, I believe the girl name started with D, she was VERY PROFESSIONAL. Always get my bouquet fix from Kyoto Fleurs. Their flowers are beautiful! What's more, the staff is extremely friendly, make beautiful floral arrangements based on the client's tastes, all while adjusting based on your suggestions. I've never been dissapointed when consulting with them for the right bouquet for the right occasion.

Even on Valentine's Day, with a little lineup, they remain super organized, and friendly.
