I showed the lady 5 pictures of LONG LAYERS I wanted. I told her to only cut if needed and only 2-3 inches. I already have long hair past my armpits, I just wanted long layers in the front to frame my face. I left very disappointed as she did not listen to what I wanted at ALL. I left with SHOULDER length hair with short layers! She was styling my hair and I asked for it to be straight and she kept insisting curly/wavy hair is better.
